Dry brushing instantly improves the appearance of dry, tired skin. Daily brushing is an invigorating, pre-bath ritual that helps to maintain healthy-looking, smoother and firmer-looking skin.
HOW TO USE IT: Do not use wet! Use just before bathing or showering for best results. Apply a thin layer of body oil to prime your bristles and facilitate brushing. Start at the feet and work your way up the body, brushing inward towards the heart with long sweeping strokes. Some tingling and redness is normal and may occur with increased circulation.
HEALES ADVICE: Go slowly to build up your tolerance for dry brushing. Never use on distressed or broken skin. If irritation develops, discontinue use until skin recovers. We recommend that you dedicate 5 minutes a day to your brushing routine. After bathing, reapply body oil and drink a glass of water to hydrate skin from the inside out.
